Digitizing your floor plan

What floor plan file types do you accept?
We accept floor plans in JPEG, PNG, GIF, and PDF format.
Can you digitize any floor plan?
We can digitize almost any floor plan but it needs to be of a good standard to improve the accuracy of your digital floor plan. Here is a summary of things to check before you upload.

Resolution
Check if your floor plan has a sufficient resolution. You should be able to read any text or numbers and distinguish lines clearly.

Distortion
If using a paper floor plan, try to make it as flat as possible before scanning or photographing. If you take a photo of your floor plan, be sure to take it from directly above to avoid any distortion.

Photographs of rooms or no floor plan
At the moment, we are unable to transform your space from a photograph of the room or building alone.

Measurement information
For a more accurate transformation, make sure your floor plan has some measurements on it so that we can scale it correctly. For example; wall length, door width, room size.
Will my property be furnished?
We furnish homes if the room type is indicated on the floor plan you upload. We furnish offices if there is furniture shown on the floor plan. Otherwise, the property will be left unfurnished.
Why has my floor plan been rejected?
We can digitize almost any floor plan but it needs to be of a good standard to improve the accuracy of your digital floor plan. Here is a summary of things to check before you upload.

Do you support multiple floors?
No, but we are happy to digitize multiple floors of the same building as long as each floor is uploaded separately.
For example, if you upload a PDF file with four floor plans in, we will only digitize the first one in the document. If you upload the same floor plans as separate files, we will digitize them all.

How do I get a colored model?
