Serraview
Serraview is a workplace management platform that enterprises use as their system of record for space, occupancy and moves. With Archilogic, keeping the floor plans behind it up to date takes minutes in a browser rather than hours in CAD, and the updated plan exports straight into Serraview.

Benefits
Serraview gives real estate and workplace teams one place to manage space, track occupancy and plan moves across a portfolio.
Keeping it accurate is the hard part. Serraview takes its floor plans from CAD files drawn to a strict standard, so every change to a building - a wall moved, a bank of desks added - has to be redrawn by hand before it can go in. That work usually sits with a CAD specialist or an outside drafting service, and it's the reason floor plans in workplace systems drift out of date.
Archilogic removes that step. Floor plans are edited in the browser in minutes, and the Serraview Export extension produces the file Serraview expects, with the polylines, layers and space types already in place. No CAD seat, no manual polylining, no waiting on a third party.
The extension is built to Serraview's own import specification and has been validated end-to-end with the Serraview team.
The two systems do different jobs. Archilogic is the system of record for the floor plan itself, kept accurate and current. Serraview is where the workplace operations built on that plan happen, and an updated plan can go back into it the same day a floor changes. Teams carry on working in the tools they already have, and the floor plan stops being the thing everything else waits on.
