User access management

🎉 New Feature: user access management

We recently launched a user access management feature that helps you manage your team's permissions to invite new users, view, edit, and order new floor plan conversions. This feature is currently for enterprise subscriptions only. Contact us to get your access.

Go to Account > Team

What do different permissions mean?

When a user's permission is set as Admin, s/he can:

  • Invite new users to join the organization's account
  • Change permissions, delete existing users from the organization's account
  • View, edit all models in the organization's account
  • Place orders for floor plan conversions

When a user's permission is set as Can Edit, s/he can:

  • View, edit all models in the organization's account

When a user's permission is set as Can View, s/he can:

  • Only view all models in the organization's account - cannot access the Editor

When a user has Can Order checked, s/he can place orders for floor plan conversions.

When a user has Can Order unchecked, s/he cannot place orders for floor plan conversions.

New way to replace an existing asset

🎉 New Feature: replacing an asset with easy search

We made it easier to replace an existing asset with a new one. To do that, select an asset in your floor plan > click the "asset name" dropdown on the right detail panel.

For your convenience, we automatically suggest similar assets you can use, or you can type in the name of the asset you'd like to use in the search bar.

Once you've replaced the selected asset, you can use "Replace all" to swap out the remaining old assets with the new assets.

Converting between metric and imperial unit is a breeze

🎉 New Feature: unit system display toggle

We have added a unit toggle between metric <> imperial units in our viewer, so any user can now change units on the fly.

The model's default unit setting is set by its geolocation. For example, if the address of the model is in New York, USA, the model will by default load in imperial units.

To set your model's address: log-in to your account > go to the model, simply click the gear icon on the bottom left of your viewer and enter the address in the pop-up "Scene settings" window, then click "Save".

If you want to share your model with someone that prefers to view it in different units, you can also customize it via the Share settings.

🛠 Bug Fixes & Improvement:

  • Changing your account password is simplified with the new profile page
  • A better way to manage your team access with the new team page
  • You can now set your organization's preferred units in the organization page
  • Fixed logout issue when logging in to other browsers
  • Fixed missing share button in the standalone viewer
